He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Hayes and Rita N. Hayes (Cook); and his brother Lawrence Hayes. He is survived by: his son Paul B. Hayes (Siobhán) of Marshfield; and his siblings, Richard Hayes (Rose) of Weymouth, Elizabeth Berry (James) of Weymouth and Daniel Hayes (Nancy) of Weymouth. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
