He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Karo and Stella Karo (Kar); and his siblings, Anna Heller, Gisella Leonard and Teresa Kearney.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Karo (Lukis) of North Weymouth; his children, Douglas Karo (Kara) of Hingham, Kevin Karo and Liana Tyler of North Weymouth; his grandchildren, Kathryn and Michael Karo; and his siblings-in-law, Ken and Barbara Lukis. He is also survived by uncle to his nephews and the beloved brother.
