It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard MacWhorter (North Reading, Massachusetts), born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip MacWhorter and Jessie MacWhorter (Floyd); and his siblings, Paul MacWhorter and Marion Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Marianne MacWhorter (Ricci); his children, Cathi Mabon (Jack) of North Andover and Karen Brown (Gary) of Salem, NH.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael Mabon of North Andover, Jamie Baroni (Luke) of Bedford, NH, Kasey Hickey (Ryan) of Hampton, NH and Kylie Brown (Kevin Bucher) of Medford, MA.; and his great grandchildren, Aria, Zoey Baroni, Brynn and Colson Hickey. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family and many close friends.
