He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carroll Tiberio (Kate); his sons, Jake and Zach Tiberio; his aunts and uncles, Joseph, Linda Tiberio, Scott and Janice Tilley; his parents-in-law, Richard Carroll and Jo-Anne Carroll; his sisters-in-law, Colleen Carroll and Maribeth Carroll; his nephew Declan Carroll; and his niece Anna Carroll.
