She was predeceased by: her parents, George MacCormack and Margaret MacCormack (Casey); and her siblings, George MacCormack and Peggy MacCormack. She is survived by: her husband David G. Costa; her sons, Matthew Costa (Brenda) of Billerica, Ben Costa (Betsy Shor) of Watertown and Mark Costa (Laura Jean) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Emma Marie, Mela Victoria, Jovie Olivia, Noah Adam, Owen David and Allie Jean Costa; her sister Ellen Clements (John) of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister-in-law Deborah MacCormack of Naples, FL.; and her friends, Joel, Joanne Rothstein, Ernie, Mary Belanger and Sandy Wilkins (late George).
