He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Melamed (Lyons). He is survived by: his parents, Barney Melamed and Rebecca Melamed (Garnick); his significant other Lorraine DeBethencourt of Acton; his niece Joyce Melamed; and his nephews, Bruce Melamed (Anne), Michael Katz (Barbara) and Barry Katz (Debra). He is also survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews.
