He is survived by: his wife Dorothy MacAdams (Callahan); his children, Joseph Jr. of North Reading, Sheila Sturdevant (Healy), Meghan Masellas of North Reading, Sydney of North Reading, Mackenzie of North Reading, Samantha Sturdevant of North Reading, Jaime Wentworth (MacAdams) and Christopher MacAdams (Bonnie) of North Reading; his siblings, Lawrence MacAdams (Barbara), Kenneth MacAdams and Cheryl Breen (MacAdams); and also, Healy, Jr. of North Reading, Devin Stanley of North Reading, Juliana of North Reading, Ashley of North Reading and Aidan MacAdams of North Reading.
