He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Raymond Lascek and Barbara Lascek; and his sisters, Mya Jenkins Lascek (Dean) and Vanessa Lascek.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929.
