She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Polk; and her parents, Joseph Martin and Mary June Smith (Michaels). She is survived by: her children, Michelle Venuti (George) of Lakeville, Leane Scott (William) of North Reading and Kenneth Polk (Diana) of Tewksbury; her grandchildren, Caleigh, Aubrey, Nico Venuti and Joshua Scott; her grandchild-in-law Harley Maynard; her grandchildren, Taela Scott (Dylan Morabito), Derek Scott, Jayden Polk, James and Jacob Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Damon and Coral Scott; her siblings, Mary Cunningham (Paul) and Martin Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Debra Ebert, Jeanne Warnock and Carolyn Del Rossi. She is also survived by children, family and dear friends.
