He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florence (Lind) and John J. Stephens, Sr.; his brothers, Brian Stephens of Hanson and Mark Stephens; his wife Catherine Stephens (Bailey); his daughter Althea Heisler (Ben Heisler) of Westport, Conn.; his grandchildren, Esmé Rose of Westport, Conn. and Emery Mae Heisler of Westport, Conn.; his sister-in-law Joanne Bailey-Hanna of Weymouth; his nieces and nephews, Eric, Mitchell Hanna, Henry, Paul, Donna McCarthy and Melanie Core; and his friends, Michael and Helen Scalisi.
Due to COVID-19 and to honor John's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
