She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Henry A. Vassar; her parents, Raymond H. Conner and Laura G. Conner (Merriam); her children, Sharon E. Cooper (Calvin) of Hildebran, NC, Gary C. Vassar (Lisa) of Needham and Jeffrey D. Vassar (Cheryl) of Auburn; her sister Joan Stevens of North Oxford; and her grandchildren, Catherine Teague, Christopher Cooper, Sarah Valois and Brian Montigny. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
