He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Johnson and Beatrice Johnson (Hargraves); his brothers, Ralph, Howard and Harold; and his sons-in-law, Steve Swicker, Joe Erenius and Ken Benson.
He is survived by: his wife Viola; and his children, Judy Swicker (Phil Lucas), Jan Erenius, Marge Swift (Richie), Nancy Paul (Ed), Carol Benson, Phil Johnson (Sherry) and Doug Johnson (Wanda). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
