She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Rip" Perry. She is survived by: her caregiver Falmouth Hospitals; her daughters, Jane F. Perry of East Falmouth, Nancy A. Frasier (Jefferey) of Cataumet and Joan D. Pollitt (Stephen) of East Falmouth; and her siblings, Donald L. Dastous, Roberta Besse, Patricia O'Connor and Joyce Tellier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Dee to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
