He was predeceased by: his father Albert F. Collett, Jr.; his grandparents, Albert F., Barbara Collett, Sr. (Blum) and Charles L. Wade, Jr.; his aunt Mary Alholm; and his half-sister Barbara E. Collett.
He is survived by: his brother Steve; his mother Gail Collett (Wade); his brother Stephan A. Collett of North Easton; his half-sister Kelly Ann Collett; his grandmother Mildred Wade; and his aunts and uncles, Barbara Landon, Brenda Sestito (Michael) and Gerry Wade (Amy). He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
