Beary Jr. (Melissa) of North Easton, Matthew C. Beary of North Easton, Katherine E. Beary of Portland and Patrick S. Beary (Heather) of Prescott, Arizona; his sister Mary Brownell of Port Orange, Florida; and his grandsons, Walter and Milo Beary.
