He was predeceased by: his wife Frances L. Smith (Rezendes); his parents, Harley W. Smith and Jessica Smith (Deets); and his sister Gladys Broadwell. He is survived by: his son Harley W. Smith, III (Sonia) of North Easton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
