She is survived by: her parents, Paul Connelly and Judith Connelly of Easton, MA; her husband David Phillips of North Easton, MA; her children, David and Peyton; her parents-in-law, Janice and Carlton Clark of Brockton, MA; her siblings, Caren Connelly (Jason) of Attleboro, MA, Jennifer Zukowski (David) of Mansfield, MA and Paul Connelly (Laila) of Lindenhurst, NY; her nieces and nephews, Conner, Abigail, Riley Zukowski, Brady and Berkeley Connelly; and her friends, Susie Avery of Foxboro, MA, Lisa Campbell of West Bridgewater, MA and Lisa Mancini of Groton, MA..
