He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cavanaugh and Lois Cavanaugh (Donovan). He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Cavanaugh of North Easton and Joshua Cavanaugh of North Easton; his siblings, Joseph Cavanaugh (Chantana) of Norton, Danielle Cavanaugh of North Easton, Karen Bortolotti (Joseph) of Norton, Dianne Cavanaugh of Attleboro and Kevin Cavanaugh of Cranston, RI.; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Daniel, Adam, Matthew, Joseph and Justin.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, March 11 from 4 PM to 7 PM at St. Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxborough with Covid-19 protocols and social distancing being observed.
