She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Chojnacki; and her siblings, James Harvey, Mary Rose Garfagna, Cornelius Harvey and Catherine Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Regina M. Nevins (Paul) of Brockton, Margaret Anne Fernandes (Daniel) of Easton, Peter A. Chojnacki of Easton, Mary C. Kyne of Easton and Bernadette T. Lynch of Attleboro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
