With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosanna Welch (North Dighton, Massachusetts), born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 8, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Joseph L. Welch; her parents, James Fisher and Rosanna Fisher (Barrette); her sisters, Joan Cabral and Shirley Whiting; and her children, Michael Welch of Fall River, Diana McCarthy of North Carolina, Kathleen Ward of Taunton, Rosanna Pelletier of North Dighton, William Welch of Dighton and Lynn Marie Ross of Dighton.
