He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel DeCosta and Silvana DeCosta (Oliveira); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Lucille DeCosta (Lafond); his sons, Mark James and Kevin James DeCosta; his grandchildren, Ryan James, Scott James, Cassie, Courtney, Tori, Kaylee and Justin; his great grandchildren, Giada, Hayden, Damian James, Alexis and Alanna; and his brothers, Raymond DeCosta (Jodi) and Ronald DeCosta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
