She was predeceased by: her spouse James J. Forrest. She is survived by: her children, Lillian O'Brien and Jeanne Flanagan (William); her grandchildren, Janine King, Deirdre O'Brien, James Flanagan and Kathleen Roper; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Thebodo, Lorelai, Will, Emma Flanagan and Evan Roper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
