She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwik Rodzik and Krystyna Rodzik (Mosheij); her husband Walter; her son Anthony Czaja; and her siblings, Jane Czyzewski, Harriet Salvadore, Adolph Rodzik and Edward Rodzik.
She is survived by: her son Louis E. Czaja (Roberta); her grandchildren, Daniel L. Czaja (Laura), Jay L. Czaja (Mary Beth), Jon P. Czaja, John R. Lufkin (Karen) and Patricia R. Kapusta (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Zak Kapusta, Carter Kapusta, Matthew Czaja, Elizabeth Czaja, Sydney Lufkin, Jack Lufkin, Brayden Czaja, Dylan Czaja, Aleks Czaja and Lucas Czaja.
