He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian W. O'Malley and Pamela O'Malley (Mickelson). He is survived by: his daughter Nadine O'Malley of Leominster; his girlfriend Amy Pechie; and his aunts and uncles, Patricia O'Malley, Frank (Ginger Freel), Henry (Leonora Mickelson), Deborah (Chris Berube) and Christine (John Ruckdashel). He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and a long list of friends.
