For Andy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mattox of Barre; his children, Siera, Brenton and Thuroh; his parents, Gregg Mattox and Barbara Mattox of Indiana; his siblings, Jacob (Indiana), Clint (Oregon) and Staci Karasch of Berlin, Germany; and his pet Oakley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
