He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Moore and Dawn L. Moore (Wheaton); and his father-in-law Peter J. Flaherty. He is survived by: his wife Anne T. Moore (Flaherty); his sons, Kevin (Danielle) of Foxborough, Michael (Sierra Calla) of Lowell and Matthew (Meaghan) of Hudson, MA.; his siblings, David (Joan) of Chester, NH, James of Burlington, Beth of Burlington, Peter (Alicia) of Fremont, NH and Lynne Valante (Glen) of Westford; and his mother-in-law Ellen T. Flaherty (Barry) of Woburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
