It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Albert Eliason of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eliason and Isabel P. Eliason (Downey); and his stepbrother Richard Neary (Dorothy Neary). He is survived by: his wife Helen G. Eliason (McKenna); his children, Kerstin E. LaMontagne (Gregg LaMontagne) of Amesbury, MA, Gretchen A. McDonald (John McDonald) of Worthington, MA, Lee E. Eliason (Robert "Bob" Elston) of North Attleboro, MA and Thomas F. Eliason (Kendra C. Eliason) of Sturbridge, MA.; his grandchildren, Carly Z. Murphy (Kevin Murphy), Meagan E. LaMontagne, Julia H. LaMontagne, Colin T. Eliason, Nathan H. Eliason, Katherine C. Eliason, Aine L. McDonald and Isaac Eliason; and his siblings, Susanna Baker of Swansea, MA and Peter Eliason of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, his extended family, and many, many dear friends.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the use of facemasks, family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p. m. Also with strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the use of facemasks, family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Funeral and Celebration of Life Service in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 2:00 p. m., immediately following the visitation.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of sending flowers, Tom would have appreciated knowing that a tree, or perhaps some Marigolds or other flowers were planted in his memory.
