She was predeceased by: her husband John Nunes; and her parents, George Simpson and Winifred Simpson (Lincoln). She is survived by: her children, Edward A. Bragaul, Jr. of Cranston, RI, Linda M. Medeiros of South Attleboro, MA and Michael G. Bragaul of Pawtucket, RI; and her sister Joyce I. Lyons of Attleboro, MA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
