He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Francis Kelley and Mary Kelley (Mitchell); and his siblings, Dorothea Bullock, Barbera Fowler, Arthur and Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Eldracher); his sons, Robert Jr. (Andrea Tarrance) of Windham, NH and Kevin (Rachel); his sister Helen Kelley of Easton; and his grandchildren, Bobby, Aaron, Megan Ashley, Kaitlyn, Hershel and Jasmine.
