He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Sean and Devin Kincade of Canton; his parents, John Kincade and Judith Kincade (Leary); and his siblings, Christine (Mike Barry), Steven (Michelle Kincade), Anne DeBona of Newtown and Alicia Paquette (Kincade) of Stoughton. He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, briefed and nephews.
