He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen D. Lefaivre and Marilyn E. Lefaivre (Chestnut). He is survived by: his daughter Kristen L. Johnson (Matthew) of New Hampshire; and his siblings, Allen D. Lefaivre of Massachusetts, Dale S. Lefaivre (Marybeth) of Rhode Island, Pammie L. Greggerson (Robert) of Massachusetts, Nancy J. McGrath (Sean) of Rhode Island and Shaun Laliberte of Rhode Island. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
