He is survived by: his children, Matthew T. Libby of Pawtucket, RI and Amy E. Libby; his grandson Luke E. Collins of Warwick, RI; his former wife Mary E. Libby (Sturgeon) of North Attleboro, MA.; his siblings, Joseph "Skip" Libby of Portland, ME, Thomas (Janet Libby) of Portland, ME, Elizabeth (Harold Hodgdon) of Berwick, ME, Peter (Claudia Richardson) of North Attleboro, MA, Barbara Cass of Bloomfield, CT, Frances Gadd of Newington, CT, Jeffrey Selander of Rindge, NH and Mark (Dawn Selander) of Granby, CT; and also Kevin A. Gilcher of Durham, NC.. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
