She was predeceased by: her parents, Try You and Ngy Seng; and her sibling Touch Kim. She is survived by: her children, Kimly Chea (Jessica) of North Attleboro and Sophon Chea (Keang) of North Attleboro; her grandchildren, Kevin Chea (Brooke), Philip Chea, Josie Chea (Danille), Kathleen Chea, Amy Shea (Justin) and Kenneth Boutin-Chea (Brynn Boutin-Chea); her great grandchildren, Elliana, Dominic, Isla Chea and Oliver Boutin-Chea; and her siblings, Khy Kim, Sr. and Ngor Kim. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
