He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Carter (Karen) of Tewksbury and Brian Carter (Audrey) of Cromwell, CT.; his grandchildren, Bailey, Teegan, Avery and Riley; his stepsons, Erik Mello (Kerry) and Brian Plausinaitis (Nikki) of Pembroke; his stepgrandchildren, Karissa and Spencer; and his sister Virginia Carter.
