He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Silva and Dorothy Silva (Birtwell). He is survived by: his wife Judy Silva (Fox); his children, Dawn Langille of North Attleboro, MA., Anthony D. Silva Jr. (Tracy Crowley) of Attleboro, MA. and Jaime Protzek (Bernie) of Plum Boro, PA.; his grandchildren, James Cipriano IV, Chad Carlson, Chris Silva and Ian Protzek; and his siblings, Robert Silva, Nancy Silva and Cyndi Silva. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
