He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Doty Hollenbeck and Maria Harding Hollenbeck; and his brother Frank Hollenbeck. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hollenbeck; his sister Maria T. Hollenbeck; his children, Claire Hollenbeck (Jackie Birnhak), Tom Hollenbeck (Suzanne Tsang) and Kate Hollenbeck (Paul Forrester); and his grandchildren, Elio Hollenbeck, Noah Hollenbeck, Andres Hollenbeck, Zoe Birnhak, William Forrester and Miles Forrester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
