He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Janine Hetherington and Lauren Kostoulakos; his children-in-law, Ben and Nate; his grandsons, James, Simon, Eamon, Gavin, Noah and Alasdair; and his brothers, Paul Hetherington of Hyde Park, MA and Carl Hetherington (Elsa) of Oakland, CA.. He is also survived by siblings-in-law and nieces and nephews.
