He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Kaplan (Tocman) and Harry Kaplan. He is survived by: his spouse Fay Kaplan; his children, Shelley (Philip Moll), Rick Kaplan of Quincy, Randy (Chuck Welch) and Jerri Kaplan of Rockport; his grandchildren, Jessica Sanderoff, Zachary, Ryan Moll, Brian Kaplan, Jason and Brandon Welch; and his great grandchildren, Shoshana and Lily Sanderoff.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel (475 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Sharon Memorial Park (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
