He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Holmes (Franny) and Katherine Gallagher Holmes; and his siblings, Sue Ellen Holmes and Carey Holmes. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Holmes Londonderry and Ashley Holmes of South Carolina; his sisters, Betsy Meunier Hinsdale and Rosemary Draper Owls Head (John); and his grandson Alex Holmes of Londonderry, NH.
Tireless in his volunteering at various charities associated with St Patrick's Church, Lawrence and St Joseph Salem NH a favorite charity was Lazarus House Ministries, Lawrence.
