The memory of Daniel A. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bazin and Renee Bazin (Gagnon); his sister Judith Wagner; and his nephew Jeffrey Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Bazin; his children, Nicole Gulati (Christopher), Eric Bazin (Natalie) and Todd Bazin (Alyson); his grandchildren, Skylar, Finn, Mia, Fiona, Joshua and Gwyneth; and his brothers, Roger Bazin (Jane) and Paul Bazin (Ginger).

In remembrance of Daniel's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Sophia Gordon Cancer Center at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA. https://www.stjude.org.
