He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Michael F. Dowe. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Dowe of North Andover; his nephews, Dr. Michael F. Dowe, Jr. (Diane) of Gilford, NH and Patrick Dowe (Chris) of Reading; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha, Riley and Mikayla; his niece Maureen Gallo (Rob) of North Andover; his great-nephew Sean; his great-niece Nina; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Timothy, Maeve and Liam; and also Kara Keleher (Michael) of Amesbury. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and their spouses.
