He was predeceased by: his parents, Halsey and Shirley A. Hebert (DeRose); his daughter Brandy-Lee Hebert; and his granddaughter Avery Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hebert (Hajdas); his son Heath Halsey Hebert (Lorraine); his grandson Jerod-Lee Joseph Hebert; and his siblings, Glenn Hebert (Denise) of Georgia, Shawn Hebert (Julie) of Pownal, Vt., Helen Bouley (Michael) of North Carolina and Tina Lemaire (Charles) of Stamford, VT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donation may be made to PopCares or St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
