She was predeceased by: her parents, William Aubrey and Mary Brown (Lloyd); her husband Donald Meiklejohn; and her siblings, Helen Brown, Mary Haggerty and Aubrey Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Meiklejohn of South Windsor, Connecticut and Lynn Hall of South Salem; her children-in-law, Meg Meiklejohn and Doug Hall; and her grandchildren, Rachel Meiklejohn of Santa Fe, David Meiklejohn of Columbia, Megan Hall of Lake Peekskill and Michael Hall of Danbury, CT.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
