It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Alice Cunningham of North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Cunningham; her son-in-law James Knotek; and her siblings, Carl, Paul, Lawrence McKane, Florence Chalifoux and Helen Brown.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Cunningham (Bonnie) of Clarksburg, MA and Gail Knotek of Oregon; her grandchildren, Katlyn Losier (Sean) of Waltham, MA and Lisa Lamb (Kevin) of North Adams; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Molly Losier, Reece and Callie Lamb.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Southview Cemetery (1075 Church St, North Adams, MA 01247).
In Lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to Elder Services of Berkshire County.
