He is survived by: his parents, Philip W. Chase and Hazel Chase (Davis); his daughter Stephanie Chase of North Adams; his sister Frances J. Soucie of North Adams; his nephews, Roy Soucie (Carly) and Glen Soucie; and his great-nephews, Sebastian, Sean and Gene Soucie.
