He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Holton Sandstrom and Carl Johan Sandstrom; and his wife Carol Anne Janssen. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Hoff (Larry) of Seattle, WA, Nathanael Sandstrom of Pittsburgh, PA and Noah Sandstrom (Marlene) of Williamstown, MA; his grandchildren, Theo, Emma, Ava, Sophie and Lili; and his siblings, David Sandstrom and Louisa Sandstrom Halfaker. He is also survived by his family, friends.
