He was predeceased by: his parent John Francis Kirby. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Mae Kirby (Fisk); his wife Melinda Kirby (Muldowney); his grandchildren, Colin Plante, Ryan Plante, Kennedy Kirby, McKinley Kirby, Daniel Kirby (Beverly Kirby) of Stamford, VT, Christopher Kirby of Adams, Jennifer Hoag of North Adams and Allison Kirby (Reid Lyons) of Grafton, NY; his sister Shannon Kirby of Malta, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Graham (Judy Muldowney) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Ellen Kriete (Ernie) of Milton, NH. He is also survived by married on April 7, 1973 and two children.
