It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Patricia O'Neil of North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Zona and Mary Zona (Bernardo); her son Kevin W. O'Neil; and her brother Joseph Zona. She is survived by: her husband William Thomas O'Neil; her daughters, Lisa Richards (Tom) of South Carolina, Karen Racette (Rick) of North Adams, Diane O'Neil of North Adams and Mary Beth Peck (Daniel) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Nicole Morris, Katie Mason (Scott), Jenna Martone (Anthony), Adam O'Neil (Melissa), Zachary Richards (Krista) and Mariah Ferrara; her great grandchildren, Raegan, Everly, Natalie and Audrey; and her sister Mary Como of Pittsfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
