Provencher, Jr. of Pittsfield; his birth mother Jamie Santos (Fabiano) of Florida; his siblings, Steve Wright of Pittsfield, Keara Provencher of Pittsfield, Lynn Wright, Tyler Wright of Pittsfield, Adin Wright, Jace Santos and Brandon Santos; his uncles, Brian Provencher (Sara) and Thomas Provencher; his aunt Teresa Bentz of Pittsfield; his nephew Dalton; his uncle Mark Provencher; his uncle David Provencher; his cousins, Agnes, Joseph Mack of Pittsfield, Pamela and Robert Malnati of Pittsfield; and also Longmeadow.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fenway Institute and mailed to the funeral home.
