He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marie Gaffey (Girardi); his children, Jill Billings of Wilmington, NC and Ryan Gaffey (Sheila) of Shrewsbury, MA.; his grandchildren, Abigail Billings, Nolan Billings, Nora Gaffey, Caleigh Gaffey and Andrew Gaffey; and his brothers, James Gaffey and Robert Gaffey of North Adams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
